Do you specialize in any particular style of interior design?

My top three styles are organic modern, contemporary, and scandanavian, however I can work with any style preference! Since I specify ‘healthy materials’, and my design processes include Biophilic Design and Neuroasthetics, these approaches inform my asthetic and my process.

Can you work with my existing contractor?

Absolutely! If you already have a contractor selected, we should coordinate together as early in the process as possible. If you do not have a contractor, or trades, selected, I can make referrals to you can get pricing on our design.

Do you work outside of Portland, OR?

Yes, in fact most of my services are performed virtually! If your project is in Portland, we will meet virtually most of the time. If you’re outside of Portland, my consultation service, one room refresh or even full service design is primarily virtual. Site visits are scheduled as needed, and travel beyond Portland is always negotiable depending on the project type.

What are your fees?

My project fee estimates are based on an hourly rate of 100/hr.


What does the full scale interior design process look like?

After we decide to work together, and an agreement is signed, we begin!

  1. Programming- Asking questions and defining goal, taking measurements, establishing budget, timeline, and preferences.

  2. Schematic Design- Exploring possible layouts, material palette concepts, and overall look and feel.

  3. Design Development- Refining solutions, developing the details, and finalizing specifications.

  4. Contract Documentation- Provide a complete design file for your contractor for bidding, permitting, and construction.

  5. Contract Administration - Bidding, permitting, construction, procurement, and installation. We provide site visits to ensure the design integrity is upheld during construction.

What kind of projects do you specialize in?

Wellness spaces, such as day spas, destination spas, wellness centers and treatment rooms are our niche, but we love bringing relaxation and restoration to residential projects, and other commercial spaces as well!

Who should take my treatment room design course?

  • Massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists or medical providers works primarily in a healthcare treatment room.

  • Spa manaagers and directors who would like new ideas for improving thier facilities, or an introduction to my process before reaching out for services.
