Happy Haüs Studios curates restorative environments that embody relaxation, creativity, and joy. We work with residential and commercial clients who want spaces that soothe the senses and elevate the spirit. We strive to ‘do no harm’ by sourcing healthy materials whenever possible that are eco-friendly and promote the well-being of inhabitants. Using Biophilic design principles, we weave an intentional connection to Nature throughout our process, producing optimally designed spaces that helps us feel better. We provide several ways to work together. Below you’ll find descriptions of our services, praise for our work, and a special offering for healthcare and wellness practitioners.

2. FURNITURE & RENOVATION
Your space has good bones but you are ready for a refresh. We’ll supply the best quality, ethically crafted, culturally cohesive, and sustainable furnishings, window treatments, lighting, and surfaces available, designing a space that feels timeless yet modern, functions optimally, and envelops the senses.
Flat fee pricing is based on the scope of work and starts at $2000/room. A design-only package provides all selections in a design file for your implementation, whereas with a full-service option, we handle everything from ordering to installation once your design is complete.
1. HELPING HANDS CONSULTATION
This is a great place to start if you have an idea of what you'd like to do, but need some professional guidance, ideas, validation, or access to resources. Ideal for smaller goals, such as developing a color palette or space planning an existing room. We can use this time to strategize and figure out what you need, or weave what we accomplish into a larger project.
These sessions are $150 for the first hour + $100/hour for additional time. Sessions are tailored for goals and are available in-person for the Portland Metro area and also virtually.
3. REMODELING
Whether you’re dreaming of a kitchen and bathroom remodel or a full home or office remodel, we’ll create a design plan that maximizes your space’s full potential in relation to its surroundings. We’ll work closely with your team to realize your project with ease and efficiency.
Flat fee pricing is based on the scope of work, and design fees start at $3000/room, including structural changes. We offer a design-only approach providing contractor-ready plans, or a full-service option to assist with project management and installation.
