Houstan, we have a problem (Public Bathrooms)

Design is about problem solving and making life easier. We have a ubiquitous problem in the public bathroom causing great suffering for the collective. The toilet paper itself and the dispensing thereof. We also have solution. First, this prerequistie viewing.

This is incorrect. This is inhumane. You can't even reach it and if you could it's impossible to dig out.

This is incorrect toilet paper dispensing. For the love of humanity. If you could even reach it it would be impossible to dig out. 

This is the correct method for toilet paper dispensing. Reachable. Toile paper over. Not on a cheese wheel. Humane. 

I just want you to know that if you ever hire me to design your public WC it will be done with the greatest of care. That is all.
